The Wilhelm Furtwängler BluRay project is developed in close relationship with the
Wilhelm-Furtwängler-Society, Berlin, Germany.
The idea came up from the Japanese Wilhelm-Furtwängler-Society, who proposed to
put the audio-visual material from the famous conductor together.
The german archive was rich on material for that – the president of the society, Dr.
Helge Gruenewald opened their archive and provided also the text and never seen
photographs in the attached (approxm.) 128 pages book.
